Capacitor component leads drawn over component body and text #80

The component leads of (at least) film, ceramic and electrolytic caps are drawn 
on top of both the component body and text, this sometimes makes the text hard 
to read and feels illogical as we're viewing the layout from a top perspective.

it's done so you can see where they end. I can make leads transparent in that 
case.

I think that at least the text should be over the leads.

Maybe the legs should be drawn as "dots" when they're less far apart than the 
component width?
