1 year ago Nearby points of interests mean nearly places of the house or property which add the value in the property it can be school, restaurents , Hospitals , parks and pharmacy. Yes It is certain radius of property.
Hi there, thanks for this outstanding dataset! I am working at the University on a project using this data, but I am wondering what the definition of "nearby points of interests" means. Are those all points of interest within a certain radius of the property? Thank you for your help!!
