One can utilize the existing idle knobs for controlling cutoff and resonance

LPF with cutoff knob has been implemented in ce09fb24fa103a17cf47b72d409ffc6de3f5522e

Implemented the ability to toggle the LPF on/off in fc0a6de4d77e07cc2d3e5e93b92f4a0aa9d39b71. A bulb will light up on its activation. Deactivating the filter will reset its associated cutoff coefficient value in order to also reset the knob sprite
