P.S. It appears Unix support is now on par with Windows. Verified on a couple of open-source projects. 🎉

@hvanbakel I'm not sure how to do that. I mean, Travis-CI setup would be good (or Microsoft Azure, former VS Team Services). But that still won't cover all of it as we don't have enough tests.

Before 4.0 release we would need to update documentation (README) to recommend using new Interactive Wizard and evaluate-migrate cycle only for script usage or very advanced users.

@hvanbakel I would like you to take an additional look at README.md changes. If they seem ok to you, I'll merge this into master and update revision to 4.0.0-rc1.
