Compare file.export failing #1

Hi Hugo,

First I love the compare function, it is exactly what I need. However, I cannot seem to get the file.export argument to work correctly. I keep getting the error "The Perl script 'WriteXLSX.pl' failed to run successfully". Also, I then get the line "Export Created: (file.export path)", but when I open the correct directory, there is no export. Can you possibly help with this error?

Hi @deneara, thanks for your interest in the compare() function. I've just run the function on my computer and it worked, I think your error comes from the WriteXLS package. If you are using a quite old version of R/WriteXLS could you please upgrade them and test again? Best, Hugo
