Edit Data GPS tab is moving the geolocation, when reverse geocoding #255

Version JExiftool 2.0.1 Windows x64 The GPS tab under edit data is moving the photo's location slightly, making the reverse geocode wrong

In the example shown I have selected "copy from selected image" the lat/lon is correctly extracted from the image however once I click "find location using coordinates from image" and click search, the pin has moved (shown on right)

whats really strange is that when I enter the lat/lon directly on OpenStreetMap, it shows the correct location (within a few feet) the image was taken (shown on left)

I am not sure what's happening here?
