add a `scala-organise' command

I got tired of either a) organising my imports manually b) relying on complex tooling. So I wrote this simple thing that will work for other Grug Brained developers, like me.

No offense taken if you don't accept it, I'm using it either way. In fact, the only way you could offend me would be to accept this and rename it to the Simplified English (🇺🇸) spelling scala-organize.
