MathType Plugin #202

Is there any way to include the MathType plugin? thx

@daviddaniels123321 there currently is no way to include plugins dynamically if they are not being shipped with this package. As the MathType plugin is a premium plugin which requires a license I'm not sure if including it here makes sense. We probably have to explore if it is feasible. In any case you can always fork and add it yourself for the time being.
