Open URL pasted from clipboard #7

Allow opening an URL by pasting in application:

Add a subMenu named "Past URL" under MainMenu "Navigation";
Allow Paste with shortcut key (CTRL+V | CTRL+INSert + | Command+V)
Dialog message (with YES|No buttons) confirming the paste?
