Feature request: allow "Sun Shading Forecast Temperatur Value" to be negative or disabled

I use the shading functionality because at some point the sun is shining directly into my face while I am working in my home office. So I would like it to always work independently of the outside temperature.

(Easiest but maybe not most beautiful solution would be to set shading_forecast_temp.min to -50 ;))

You can also simply leave the fields blank. The information is optional.

@hvorragend I tested it and it seems not to be working. Also if I look at the traces, it shows a (default) value for shading_forecast_temp.
