服务器启动正常，但客户端连接不上 #237

服务器按操作正常运行，但各种客户端以各种理由均连接失败

@zhaofh1115 你好！首先启用 Libreswan 日志 [1]，然后再次连接客户端，并检查一下日志是否有错误。找到具体错误后，请参见故障排除文档 [2]。
