Infinite "Checking on remote for changes" on ProtonDrive sync #169

After adding folders for ProtonDrive sync, I am having the issue that the first entry is displaying the "Checking [file name] on remote for changes" loading message, and it seems like it's going through files in those folders in a loop, which is preventing the rest of the folders from starting to be synced.

It should only be checking the individual files in that folder once, does the folder you're syncing have a lot of files in it @svalbardsleeperdistrict?

For the benefit of update: @hwittenborn and I discussed this on Discord, and it seems like it just takes a long time to go through each folder and sync it, but it has eventually proceeded with other items.
