changeMyPassword mutation; assume logged in and query by id; might need another mutation to changePassword for non logged in user, providing email / password
fixes logout bug once again

@jryan3211 Little confused what purpose of change my password while logged in is... forgot password functionality is generally more useful. Have you looked in to sendgrid yet?
