Map Component Refactor

withSidebar, with Searchbar, withResidences, center marker, etc... Support for reuse of map component on diver and registration pages.

Register Workflow

On creation of a user we prompt creation of a review with entry interview field. Next issue will be including / inviting roommates and providing landlord email to manage incidents.
