IDEA 13.1 and 3.8.3-SNAPSHOT don't work together #447

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install IDEA 13.1 
(http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/IDEADEV/IDEA+13.1+EAP)
2. Import the tic-tac-toe project
3. Open the library/app pom.xml, see error

What is the expected output?
Pom should be processed and Android facets should appear for projects

What do you see instead?
Errors in the pom

What version of maven-android-plugin are you using?
3.8.3-SNAPSHOT

What are the complete output lines of "mvn -version" on your machine?

I just did `brew uninstall maven30` and rebooted my machine and magically it 
can import things.'
