[gprof2dot] PyPI release is significantly out of date #91

The latest version of gprof2dot available on PyPI is 1.0, released over 4 years 
ago:

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/gprof2dot/1.0

I only discovered it was even there via Google, because the PyPI site search 
doesn't seem to find it.  The wiki shows that the code has been updated as 
recently as 6 months ago, including a fair number of new features; is this a 
good time to make the current version available on PyPI?  That would make it 
somewhat easier for people to use this, especially as an explicit dependency of 
other packages (profiling middleware, etc.)
