Windows install not successful for v0.6.3 #17

OS: Windows 7 32-bit
Pidgin: 2.7.2

Progress during the install:
Output folder: C:\Pidgin
Extract: pidgin-pp.dll... 100%
Output folder: C:\Pidgin\..
Create folder: locale\de\LC_MESSAGES
Can't write: C:\Pidgin\..\locale\de\LC_MESSAGES\pidgin-privacy-please.mo

Don't have this problem with the previous version.
