Block buddys. who send more than n messages per k seconds #21

Please add an option to block automatically buddys, who send more than n 
messages per k seconds, for t seconds.
Maybe include a feature to black/whitelist buddys for this option.

Sorry for the late reply. This sounds like a reasonable idea.

One question though: what should happen with the blocked messages? Should the 
sender receive a "you have been throttled" message?
