1. Install pidgin-privacy-please-0.6.0.exe on Windows
2. Select it from plugins list. 
3. See message in details.

Expected to be able to enable plugin.

Are you running the latest version of pidgin (2.6.1)?

No. It's 2.5.7
It should run with 2.6.1? Ok, thanks.

Yes, it should run just fine with 2.6.x versions. I'm closing the bug report
