Game choice now set at server and sent to clients. Changed start-up dialog so default server doesn't need to change name when port# is changed.
Some minor bug fixes.
Incorporated user feedback-- especially regarding presentation of user runs (long runs became illegible when there were 6 players).
With current architecture, TableView module uses self._state.ruleset. Will be able to improve handling of ruleset in next version.
Also verified that previous version of RunClient will work with this server.
