Categorize the Location dropdown menu items #13

On the Deatailed view, the items under the Location dropdown should be categorized in some way so that a user can easily see if a given location is referring to a Admin level 1, Admin level 2, Affected Population Location, etc.

Done, but it can be good to review more generally the display with * and -- in these lists.
