Table view: we need a column with person count and one with household count even though the last one may have only 0s #18

It implies that the population must have systematically the attribute, otherwise the query returns an empty set of data (another way is possible but I assume it is the easiest).

If it is empty, it shouldn't be "0". It should just be empty. Or null. Or "No Data".
