For Chome: nothing

For Firefox: This prototype system doesn't work well on all browsers. Most things here work in Firefox, but we recommend you view it in Chrome.

For all others: This prototype system doesn't work well on all browsers. We recommend Chrome for viewing this site. Most things will work well in Firefox also. You will likely have problems in any other browser.

The browser check can occur at the beginning of each new session, but within a given session, it should not reappear once closed. Let me know if that is complicated to implement.

And don't forget to pass your code over to Carsten to implement on the HXLator when you are done!

I choosed to use a one day cookie to store the user's choice because it seems more convenient to keep this functionality in a single file and avoid using Ajax for having a real session.
