Initial Map #53

When the Detailed View is first opened, the map shows Mali selected, but the locations for the data includes all the countries, right? I think maybe we talked about this and you hadn't built the ability to show multiple geometries, but in that case maybe we shouldn't show any geometry for the "all locations" filter.

Managing multiple locations means, managing the selection, the query and multiple geometries. And it is not implemented. So for now the default should not show any geometry.
