Reset 'mapped' flag when cancelling out of mapping. #22

I started to map "Government" as the source, but as it could not be looked up from the reference lists, I clicked cancel. however, the "done" flag appears on both the source property button and the cell. It is also in the Preview:

This example is from the BFA 2012-05-03 dataset.

I can't reproduce this bug. I might already have addressed it; please reopen this issue if it persists (and let me know how exactly you have gotten there).

Actually, I could reproduce it; addressed in https://github.com/hxl-team/HXLator/commit/fb70e3ce0e352d832c9ad45174d7378e45d2b3b5
