Are you sure you had the new version of HXLator loaded (ie. did you ctrl-r to reload everything to make sure your browser doesn't use anything from the cache) when that happened?
Yes, same result after a ctrl-r to reload. 2 cells selected and 2x the blue window. Same "?" in the address bar.
It seems that Chrome on Windows is very peg its cached JS and CSS files. I think you had this issue because your Chrome was using a cached version of the JS, instead of the new one (apparently that happens even if you hit CTRL-R
). So I have built in a trick that forces the HXLator to reload the CSS and JS each time, and problems like these should be gone for good.
With multiple cells selected, I got what you see in https://www.dropbox.com/s/eq9yq4c3di7t4vn/crtl%20k%20problem%20%28HXLator%20Issue%20%2367%29.PNG
I tried to repeat it, but got only one.
However, in both cases when peeking, the focus goes to the address bar, where the URL has been replaced by a "?". I have to get the focus out of the address bar in order for ctrl-k to successfully take me back to the mapping popup.
