External hdd is mounted to /tmp/mnt

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start up router
2. check that /tmp/mnt doesn't contain folder disca_2 (ext usb hdd)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
external hdd is mounted into /tmp/mnt, while I expect to mount it to /opt using 
scripts

What version of the product are you using?
RT-N16 3300

Please provide any additional information below.
1. reproduced from time to time
2. FTP server is turned off

log is attached, seems that ext hdd check is performed and this is the cases 
when external hdd is mounted to /tmp/mnt

Unreproducible. Seems to be you have either wrong fstab or your custom scripts 
has races.

Anyway, you can try r3497 release or night snapshot builds.
