Add 'mii-tool' output to 'diagnostic info' page #343

There we unable to determine 10/100/1000 connections speed/duplex mode from Web 
UI.
1. Output of mii-tool can be simply added to 'diagnostic info' page
2. Parsed/awk'ed output of mii-tool can be added to 'Status and Log' page
