USB flash/stick disconnect #371

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Reboot the router and the flash stick immediately disconnected.
2.Checked with other brands USB flash
3.This one is 8 GB 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connect the USB stick , make a file system ,etc.

USB stick immediately disconnected.

What version of the product are you using?

Router RT-N16
1.9.2.7-rtn-r4771 buld from trunk with USB (verbose and debugging)

Please provide any additional information below.

dmesg after reboot   is attached
cat /tmp/syslog.log  is attached
lsmod                is attched

It is hardware problems or this pqi USB flash violate standard and incompatible 
with router USB controller.
