RT-N16 looses GSM modem #372

I have RT-N16 and HUAWEI 3G USB modem. 
Ordinary modem works fine, but sometimes it stops responding and I have message 
in syslog:
   admin: modem with dataport: 1.0 not found
Modem itself works fine if I connect it to computer. I tried to insert in 
router another HUAWEI modem - and had the same problem and same message in log.
Reboot or power switch off-on do not help. But after a while modem works again.
Modem is inserted directly to router. I have tried USB cable - with the same 
effect.

Attachments: 
"Syslog 2012-12-20.txt" - modem worked fine, then stops responding
"Syslog 2012-12-21.txt" - after power switch off-on
"Diagnostic info 2012-12-21.txt"  - after power switch off-on (before I could 
not see Diagnostic Info it for unknown reason)

It is hardware problem, probably insufficient power for modem.
