WEBCAM Picture size limited to 640x480 on WAN

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect cisco vt camera 2 webcam by logitech  
2. Enable USB aplication WEB Camera, LAN and WAN, MJPEG, 1920x1080, sense level 
2
3. Preview image >> resolution looks OK, 
4. Goto http://xxxx:port/?action=snapshot >> you will only get 640x480 
resolution

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1920x1080 resolution is expected

What version of the product are you using?
asus wl500gp v2 with WL500gpv2-1.9.2.7-rtn-r5066.trx

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)

Resolution controlled by third-party software - mjpg-streamer. Probably, 
problem inside it.

None of us has similar full-HD webcam. Moreover, USB subsystem on WL500gpv2 
hasn't enough power to transfer full-HD video flow.
