Figure out how/where to store TTYSPY data #4

This could go back to the server or it could go onto a volume. TTYSPY expects to talk to a restful endpoint

If going to a restful endpoint, we'll also have to work out where that gets stored.

options: Store in our own DB Store in the logging service Store direct in QRadar? Store in a docker volume? Store in cleversafe/s3?
