Problem The dummy data import scripts do not include any geometries.

Improvement Add some geometry objects as a part of the dummy data import script for dev. Consider just reading from some geojson files...

Since this requires that the django models be changed (I think only the forest model) I will also include the geodjango modules and a geometry value for the forest table.

Also, since I forgot to add geoserver in #8 I will also include geoserver in this PR.
