Does metaprodigal indicate which codon table was used for each gene? #74

I’m struggling to see an indication in the output file of which codon table was used for each gene. Is this available somewhere?

Are we talking about running Prodigal in meta mode? If so, at least the GFF output contains a transl_table entry in the comments before each annotated sequence.
