Please make a release #97

The last release was in 2016.

I and many others would appreciate at least a minor release that would include the patch fixing a critical bug in the current release: https://github.com/hyattpd/Prodigal/pull/88 You can see in the log there that a few people have been switching to Pyrodigal, which was a project that started as python bindings for prodigal but has now also become a de facto fork because of this.

@hyattpd, what do you think about making @althonos a collaborator on this repository (if he's willing)? He seems pretty invested in prodigal given his development of python bindings for it and the extensive testing he does as part of that.
