This merges commit d0159852e143 from @ArcticFox8515's repo into the fork, but revertes the "use slow preset again" part. Instead, it allows selecting the calibration speed via the checkboxes in the GUI even for continuous by dynamically choosing how many samples to drop when the buffer fills up.
