This adds a new setting that does continuous calibration only when the user presses both triggers at once (tested only on Index controllers).
This is certainly a new feature which there is debatable use for, but I wrote the code for me personally and figured maybe someone else would find it useful. Would not be annoyed or surprised if you don't want to merge this.
