Feature to ignore tracking of controller and just track based off of an external tracker. #21

I was wondering if there was a way to ignore tracking of controller and just track based off of an external tracker. An example use of this could be tracking a valve index controller without base stations and tracking it instead with a vive ultimate tracker attached to it.

I can see the value of this but I'm unsure how to integrate this nicely with the program.
