Fedora deployment #3

Determine a Fedora configuration which is appropriate for a Hydra (Sufia) installation (call this "base" config.) Create a script which can be used to quickly deploy Fedora in the base config on an AWS instance.

Goal: A base Fedora deployment to use for performance benchmarking

I created a bit of scripting to allow launching of Fedora through the AWS CLI (configured with cloud-config.) Nothing surprising or complicated, but a starting point: https://github.com/hybox/hydra-direct-tech/tree/master/resources/fedora
