made ignore items option instant in config #8

I was learning to make plugins when i got the idea, why not try to help you make that feature instant. so i made it instant

made the instant ignore items feature without changing any other code than the config edit function . the message in the config was removed since it now sets with changes in the config. so this edit will not break any existing functionality and adds new functionality.

I updated the plugin so in a few weeks when they merge it will update in the game. Thank you this makes it much better.
