Support of MS-Windows #29

Hi.

What is the status about a setup for MS-Windows? We would like to train kids on Artoo with Sphero, but available desktops we have are installed on MS-Windows. Thanks.

We've been stuck on this for quite a while due to https://github.com/celluloid/celluloid-io/issues/74

The only options so far appear to be:

Use JRuby when running on Windows
Add some conditional logic to not require Celluloid::IO when using Windows.

@eloudsa I just pushed a small update to artoo-sphero to use the newer version of rubyserial. I tested this new release on a Windows 7 machine with MRI 2.1.5 and everything works. Let us know how it goes!
