Make module definitions discrete #15

Adds more files, but makes it simpler to keep track of where stuff is, what events/commands a specific module has, and makes it easier to add tests.

Additionally, means we can now JSDoc driver events/commands for the Cylon site.

Tested locally with a couple modules (climate + ambient), for what it's worth.
