Convert site to Hugo #61

I'm very interested in converting the site generation code from Middleman to Hugo. Anyone want to help with this? :)

But, after I had developed some Ruby code e.g. for redmine ca. 10 years ago, I have not programmed webUI stuff anymore. So possibly I can not help so much, not to mention the shortage of free time. So lets collect some useful sites to start with this issue.

Afterwards, we can create some tasks - maybe the site can be changed in several steps, e.g.:
