Ctrl-I in the editor should toggle to "Instructor" aka "Inverse" theme #33

When editing, hitting Ctrl-I should invert the editor from the current merbivore theme to the clouds theme. Thill will let it be dark themed for most users, but allow people using projection displays aka "Instructors" to switch to a white backgrounded theme.
