mRecorder.start() operator fires the RuntimeException #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When tap Start button the mRecorder.start(); operator of the public void 
startCapture() function fires RuntimeException
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This event has no implication on the device screen, due to try/final 
parentheses of the "void handleClient()" proc. It silently closes socket.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 1.5 Samsung Galaxy
