Conveyor Control unresponsive during Heater on sequence #38

Describe the bug Stop PB, start 30, start 60, start 105 no response while heater on sequence is running

This is not a bug, the cycle run is a single state shared by conveyor run and heater on. During heater start, the state stays at 100 until all the zone heaters are on, this just procedural. @HycAlex , would you like to change this, isolate the cycle run state for conveyor?
