Cleaned up default template #34

Hi,

I love Hyde, and I'm using it for my personal website.

The only problem I had with it at the outset was that the default template is quite messy, duplicates code, and part of the layout isn't structured in an understandable way. I think new users would be more comfortable when they first start with Hyde if this is fixed.

I wanted to help, so I've cleaned up the default template so that it has a clearer structure and more readable source code. I think this will help new users of hyde understand and better work with the initialized basic website.
