add way to specify which version of hydra synth #113

[ ] load hydra-synth dynamically rather than bundle as module hydra-synth within the whole package (hydra-synth needs to specify version numbers)
[ ] url parameter v=xxxx to specify version
[ ] version should be saved when a given sketch is saved
[ ] function for dynamically loading external libraries
[ ] possibly part of an 'init' or 'configuration' panel in the editor
