Local server: clients across network fail to load p5 #235

When running Hydra locally, clients connecting through the network fail to load p5.min.js. Site is looking for statically served file but not finding it. Adding p5.min.js to the public folder in the web-editor module fixes the problem. I can create a PR with the fix.
