[CONNECTIVITY] Hit-or-miss resolution with tracks #4

Issue: Certain non-restricted tracks are able to queue, however they immediately fail to play.

Additional details: All reproducible tracks seem to always have constant pre-roll ads before the videos, if that may be an issue? Also, when directly trying to play the URL, Lavalink will return no results found.

Reproduce the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIIoGU5EmhU, as an example.

Fixable? No, not on Songfish's end. This is a Lavalink issue. For now, however, Hydrabank will find ways to circumvent this issue completely.

Update: This may be an issue with our primary production provider - developer/home environments work without any issues.
